Position Details

Applications are invited for a permanent part-time position (minimum of 40 hours per fortnight) as a Catering Services Assistant. The position requires working a rotating roster, including weekends with shifts between 0630 and 1930, with additional hours maybe available to cover periods of leave subject to workforce requirements and availability of the successful applicant. 

As an integral part of the Food Services team, the successful applicant will assist with the plating, presentation and distribution of meals; the issuing of water/fluid jugs to patients; transportation of food trolleys; stocking of ward areas with food service supplies; washing and cleaning of equipment and items related to the distribution of food or beverages to patients; and assist as required in the cafeteria and/or coffee shop, Barista skills would be advantageous.
