Position Details

About the Role:

The Senior Remuneration Advisor is responsible for providing specialist advice on remuneration with a key focus on Executive Officer remuneration. The position will be accountable for managing and providing advice on the processes for establishing, managing and monitoring remuneration levels for the CFA Executive Officer structure and individual remuneration packages within the remuneration framework. The position will also oversee and provide specialist advice on other CFA remuneration frameworks and the application of classification and salary structures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or HR related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of executive remuneration practices preferably those applicable to the Victorian Public Service / Sector / Public Entities
  • Well-developed knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and/or demonstrated experience undertaking job evaluations.
  • High developed influencing and communication skills.
