An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse with perioperative and management qualifications to join the South West Healthcare team in the permanent full time position of Nurse Unit Manager - Operating Theatre. 

The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the human, physical and financial resources within the Unit.  The NUM actively leads the Operating Theatre team in a consultative and participative manner ensuring planned and coordinated services.  The role provides clinical leadership to foster patient centered care
