Position Details

An opportunity exists for a motivated and capable person to fulfill a full time position within our Rehabilitation Unit. The Administrative Support Officer is an integral part of the Rehabilitation Team and will add to the overall effectiveness of the workplace.The successful applicant will provide clerical, reception and administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager, Nursing staff and be the first point of call for visiting families.

A minimum of five years' experience in office management and secretarial duties, and well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. Computer literacy is essential as extensive use of specific software programs and also general Microsoft applications are used. Part time and job share applications will be considered.
