Position Details

South West Healthcare delivers a recovery and consumer focused mental health service, which provides excellent broad spectrum of clinical skill development for clinicians. The service utilises a predominately cognitive behavioural framework, and provides extensive training and educational opportunities for all staff. Manageable case numbers allow the opportunity to implement the most recent evidence based treatments.

Within our expanding service we have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified health professional (Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Psychologists or Occupational Therapists) for this full time temporary position (maternity leave relief until September 2020) in our Portland Team.

As a valued member within our multidisciplinary Portland Mental Health Team, you will undertake a case management role supporting consumers with severe and persistent mental illness living within the local community, their families and carers through clinical and non-clinical treatment as short and long term recovery-orientated case management.

Remuneration, benefits/salary packaging and conditions of employment will be negotiated with the successful applicants in line with qualifications, skills and experience. Relocation Assistance may be available to appropriate candidates.
