Position Details

About the Role:

The Recovery and Restoration Advisor provides injury management, return to work and rehabilitation knowledge and expertise to the Injury Recovery Advisors as part of a collaborative strategic case management approach to return claimants to pre-injury health and fitness.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health field and/or extensive experience in delivering rehabilitation services in personal injury and/or compensation.
    • Prior experience in developing innovative programs to address return to work challenges.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise work by systematically managing a volume caseload.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and negotiate/influence the actions and attitudes of external and internal stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to a diverse range of clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
