Digital Systems Lead

  • Help support VPS staff to identify and access opportunities across the VPS that enhance their capability, contribute to a secure and greater satisfaction in VPS work, and deliver better outcomes for Victorians.

The JSE is a new initiative that connects VPS employees with increased access to career development opportunities. It enables an efficient, high-quality public service by expanding career, training and development opportunities for employees.

Over the next year new initiatives and features will be delivered by the JSE team as we work with stakeholders and colleagues to evolve the platform, integrate skills and mobility approaches and re-design business practices.

The Digital Systems Lead will provide expert platform and technology advice to assist the JSE in connecting Victorian Public Service employees to jobs and skill development opportunities.This role will be responsible for managing contractual processes for platform delivery, including active monitoring of performance and expenditure of contracts.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated expertise in Agile software development and experience in user centred design.
