Position Details

Provide strategic, risk-based legal advice and counsel, as part of a high performing team in the Department of Premier and Cabinet's Office of the General Counsel, Corporate Team. 

  • Deliver and facilitate the provision of strategic and high quality legal advice.
  • Be part of a high performing team at Department of Premier and Cabinet's Office of the General Counsel.
  • VPS4 opportunity.

The Office of the General Counsel provides strategic legal and policy advice to the Premier, Special Minister of State, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and related agencies. 

The Office is looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic lawyer with strong technical legal and conceptual skills to advise and facilitate the provision of commercial legal advice.
