Position Details

Play an integral role in a high performing team providing advice on legal policy and legislative matters, including electoral, integrity, accountability and transparency systems.

  • Play an integral role in a high performing team at DPC's Office of the General Counsel
  • Deliver legal policy and legislative advice on sensitive matters including public sector integrity, accountability and transparency systems
  • Lead and support the development and implementation of significant legislative proposals
  • VPS4 opportunity

The Office of the General Counsel provides strategic legal and policy advice to the Premier, Special Minister of State and the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

The Office is looking for a hard-working and experienced policy adviser or lawyer with strong technical legal policy and conceptual skills to advise and lead on legal policy and legislative advice matters.
