About The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer for Major Road Projects Victoria you will be working on the largest infrastructure project in northern Victoria as part of Victoria's Big Build. MRPV is delivering the long awaited new crossing of the Murray River between Echuca and Moama, including large span complex bridges.

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Project Engineer in our Echuca Moama Bridge Project Team based in Echuca.

Are you committed to delivering quality outcomes? Love using your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with a variety of stakeholders? Your role as a Senior Project Engineer is critical in the delivery of project activities and you will be an important part of the team from day one.

You will be providing your professional expertise, direction and technical knowledge on the project from start to finish - of course taking into consideration time, cost and quality. We work in a fast paced and rewarding project environment that allows you to further develop your skills, career and enjoy a great work life balance.

You'll be working directly with the project team and lucky enough to be co-located with contractors onsite. Some travel to Melbourne may be required. Do check out our website for further information on our projects!

About You

You'll be an action orientated person who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage all those competing priorities. You will have senior experience in the design, development and delivery of major infrastructure projects. Road and bridge experience would be highly regarded.

Your technical and analytical ability will be second to none and allow you to identify issues, perform investigations and identify and mitigate risks through effective problem solving. Your strong negotiation and communication skills will equip you to successfully provide advice and collaborate with the team to deliver results for your project.

It is critical that you have a degree qualification in Engineering as you will be putting that knowledge and expertise to good use!
