Join the Parliament of Victoria's Learning and Development team to design and deliver impactful, human-centred learning solutions that build capability across diverse audiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the role

In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, high-impact learning programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative, evidence-based solutions that build capability and align with organisational goals.

  • Design and facilitate contemporary, learner-centred programs that reflect modern workplaces and adult learning principles.
  • Partner with stakeholders to scope, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and capability frameworks.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve programs to ensure relevance, quality, and measurable business impact.

About you

You are an experienced learning and development professional with a proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate customised, high-quality learning solutions that build capability and drive business outcomes. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you combine strong analytical, digital, and interpersonal skills to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

  • Skilled in developing and facilitating activity-based learning using contemporary tools, technologies, and delivery methods.
  • Have proven experience in partnering with stakeholders to identify needs, influence outcomes, and continuously improve learning programs.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach is desirable
