Position Details

A Client Learning Facilitator ready to deliver the x-factor (Ongoing)

Your role

Use your facilitation x-factor to make a difference in how risk is managed for Victorians. The Client Learning Facilitator will be a face our clients get to know and trust here at VMIA. You'll facilitate and enhance an integrated range of client capability programs which are aligned with our client's needs across risk, insurance and claims.

Using your deep understanding of facilitation techniques, you'll ensure the day-to-day delivery of client capability programs which are engaging, thought provoking and impacts organisational change for our clients.

Your role reports to the Client Capability Partner, within the Risk Services Division.

About you

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Program Development and Facilitation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Risk Management from either the public or private sector
  • A creative thinker, experienced in the design, delivery and evaluation of capability programs
  • You have strong facilitation skills based on contemporary adult learning principles and innovative methodologies
  • You are engaging with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You coach and develop members of the team to build skills, capability and optimise their effectiveness
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Law or relevant discipline
