What you will do
As justice officer, you will provide reception and administration support for the Geelong justice service centre.
You will help people access services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.
You will:
- provide accurate administration support and client services
- assist people with enquiries, applications and department services
- deliver professional reception services and manage phone enquiries
- maintain secure records, correspondence and mail processes
- support financial tasks, events, travel arrangements and fleet management.
About you
Experience in administration or reception will help you succeed in this role. You should be comfortable using computer systems and helping people access services.
You should also have:
- strong computer literacy
- a customer-focused approach
- the ability to work collaboratively with others
- a flexible and inclusive approach to supporting people.
