Permanent Part Time – 56 hours per fortnight

Castlemaine Health is a proud provider of significant range of local and sub-regional community based services and has a very important role delivering a range of allied health, acute, sub-acute, residential aged care services and a number of outreach services to the community. 

This Role

This role has a HR generalist focus contributing to all aspects of HR at Castlemaine Health. The HR Consultant will provide accurate and timely advice and support to employees surrounding human resource related policies and procedures and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the organisation. 

The HR Consultant is also responsible for fulfilling the role of Return to Work Coordinator at Castlemaine Health; working with all parties to assist staff members to return to work following an illness/injury.
