About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, competent and motivated person to undertake a casual role as an Administrative Support Officer within our Hamilton Mental Health Team.

The Administrative Support Officer is an integral part of the South West Healthcare (SWH) Hamilton Mental Health Team and will add to the overall effectiveness of the workplace. The successful applicant will provide clerical, reception and administrative support to the Team Leader and all clinical staff and be the first point of contact for visiting consumers and carers/families.

A minimum of 12 months experience in office management and secretarial duties, as well as excellent professionalism, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills is required. Computer literacy is essential as extensive use of specific software programs and also general Microsoft applications are used.
