About the role

South West Healthcare's (SWH) Access and Information team provides a friendly and welcoming face to clients attending our busy Warrnambool Community Health Centre, resulting in people accessing the services they need.

We are seeking a motivated Access and Intake Worker to join our team in a casual capacity.  This role will works collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team ensuring a customer focussed approach to a range of administrative tasks, ensuring all client needs are met and that all relevant client data is collected and recorded accurately.  This includes completing all processes associated with reception and processing of referrals and scheduling appointments.

What you bring

As an Access and Intake Worker working in a multi-disciplinary team you will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and experience in reception and administrative duties with well- developed organisational and time management skills.  You will have high levels of excellent computer literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new Information Technology Systems as required in the role.
