Position Details

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Allied Health Professionals for a temporary (12 months) position of Dietitian Grade 2 working 76 hours per fortnight. Part time applications may be considered.

This exciting position will initially provide leadership and service provision in Community Dietetics, with the opportunity for cover and rotations in acute inpatient clinical areas. The position offers experience in Community Dietetics, health promotion, Clinical Dietetics for non-admitted and admitted adults and paediatric patients, group presentations, staff and student education and supervision and service development.

Applicants should hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and be eligible for membership as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. The successful applicant will operate as an integral part of an enthusiastic team of nine Dietitians, will be able to demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient centred care. A current motor vehicle licence is required.
