Position Details

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is one of the world's largest, and most highly regarded community-based emergency services organisations. We respond to fire and other emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whilst our firefighters are the cornerstone of CFA services, what goes on behind the scenes is just as important in helping to protect lives and property.

CFA's Community Engagement team drives and oversees a range of initiatives with the ultimate aim of leading and supporting engagement for safer communities.

The Team Leader Engagement Content and Capacity plays a key role in managing and driving change in building the engagement capability of our members, as well as creating and maintaining CFA's community engagement messaging, content and publications.

• Proven track record of partnering with a range of internal and external stakeholders, leading and influencing change in relation to community engagement and/or communications.
