About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) are seeking a motivated Administrative Support Officer to support the operation and successful functioning of the South West Theatre department.  

The successful applicant will be required to work 76 hours per fortnight. A job share arrangement may be available.

What you bring

As an Administrative Support Officer you will have developed experience and skills in administrative office management, effective communication, documentation presentation, problem solving and computer skills.  You will have a demonstrated ability in taking a proactive approach, utilising your own initiative and working through projects with minimal direction and supervision with ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.  An ability to deal with external organisations and staff in a professional manner and understanding work priorities and meeting deadlines is also essential for the role.
