About the role

South West Healthcare's (SWH) Camperdown campus are seeking highly skilled, competent and motivated persons to undertake casual roles as an Administrative Support Officer. 

The successful applicant would be required to provide ongoing casual support on an ‘as needs' basis with the ability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 am to 5.00 pm. Applicants will require excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, together with expertise in using Microsoft, IT applications.

As an Administrative Support Officer you will have developed experience and skills delivering administrative support to the Camperdown campus. 

The primary objectives of this role are:

  • Supporting the Camperdown Campus in the day-to-day operation of administrative services.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement

2016-2020, with the appropriate classification Administration Grade 1A.

The successful applicant will be required to consent and undergo Police Record and Working with Children Checks and provide evidence of current Immunisation status in alignment with South West Healthcare's Immunisation Policy.
