Your role

As our Manager, Workforce Planning, you are vital to the success of our five-year strategic plan. You will become part of the Office of the CEO and a talented team of people who are passionate about work that matters.

You will develop and implement our strategic workforce plan, shape the workforce of the future and enable VMIA to organise, build and acquire the right talent at the right time. You oversee the delivery of organisational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent management. You will play a key role working with leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to develop strategies to build internal and external pipeline of high-quality talent, ensuring targeted organisational uplifts are realised within the required time horizon.

You are a strategic thinker, able to implement fit for purpose solutions of workforce design and development.

 You will lead a small Talent Acquisition team reporting into the Executive Manager, People & Culture. 

About you

 Here's what we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in organisational design and organisational development
  • Highly experienced in developing and implementing strategic workforce plan in a transformation environment
  • Proven track record in workforce analytics and use of data to drive informed decision making
  • Strong strategic influencer with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High energy, well-organised execution skills with demonstrated success to deliver results
