Administrative and Nursing Workforce support officer
12 months fixed term contract part-time
(48 hours per fortnight)
About the role
The Administrative and Nursing Workforce Support role is responsible for timely, appropriate, responsive deployment of supplementary staff managed by the Nursing Workforce Unit, including allocation of the Nurse Pool, Casual Bank and agency staffing at Dhelkaya Health. The role will provide professional and well-coordinated day to day administrative support to the Nursing Workforce Unit Manager.
About you
- Experience working in a health-related field
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of workforce resourcing
- Experience in data management, reports, and processing invoices
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar administrative role
This position is classified as a HS1 under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
The hourly renumeration is $29.57 per hour + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
