Position Details

This is an amazing opportunity for someone with expert skills in HRIS systems with extensive knowledge about HR/Payroll systems.

The People and Capability team works across the organisation to create a high performing workplace and a positive, inclusive culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage systems performance and identify process improvements to maximise the efficiency of the current HR/Payroll system.
  • Support the implementation of new HRIS/Payroll systems and make recommendations in relation to maximising efficiency of any implementation and its ongoing management.
  • Gather data and perform workforce analytics as required. Maintain and improve organisational establishment and reporting.
  • Payroll system maintenance and issue resolution, including implementing system testing and updates and investigating issues and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare high quality reports and correspondence that clearly communicate complex concepts and information to stakeholders.
  • Act as backup for Payroll Officer as required.

 

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • extensive experience maintaining a HRIS system. Experience in Chris21 (mandatory) and SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded;
  • experience in running end to end payrolls; and
  • experience with HRIS implementation highly regarded.

 

Salary Details

A base salary in the Grade 5 range of $98,396 - $119,052 plus 9.5% super.
