Position Details

DPC are looking for an exceptional Senior Test Analyst to work within the Whole of Victorian Government HCM Program team drive and coordinate the testing elements.

This role sits within our Digital Strategy and Transformation (DST) Branch. DST is designed to complement and strengthen existing capabilities across the VPS, and works in partnership with departments and agencies, to help transform the use of digital technology to deliver the Victorian government's priorities.

As the Senior Test Analyst, you will work across HCM's business and technical areas and drive testing activities to support and ensure the successful implementation of a single HCM system.

This broad scope of work will require you to work closely with a variety of different teams and groups across the Victorian Government.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a team that provides leading thinking on digital and technology across WOVG.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
  • A strong background in manual, performance and automated testing
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven conceptual and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the Agile framework.
  • Bachelor or IT tertiary qualification in Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience with Manual testing and defect management tools (e.g. Microfocus ALM), Automation testing tools (e.g. Microfocus UFT, Selenium), Performance testing tools (e.g. Microfocus LoadRunner / SILK)Microsoft office suite.
