We oversee more than 50 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads. 

We have a specialist Project Development Team who are responsible for developing and planning a large pipeline of future road projects.  And that's where this role comes in…

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

  • Leading community and stakeholder engagement activities to support the pipeline of road projects in development.
  • Providing communications and stakeholder engagement expertise to the Project Development Team to ensure we keep our communities informed and engaged.
  • Developing and implementing effective stakeholder relations and communications strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, stakeholder groups, local councils and the community.

We are looking for a highly skilled stakeholder relations and communications specialist (Senior Advisor) who's a strategic thinker, loves planning and delivering best practice engagement. You will work across multiple projects at various stages of planning and development which provides variety, suits someone who likes to work in a complex environment and has exceptional time management skills. You'll be part of a dynamic team, have an exceptional risk radar and play a critical role ensuring our future road projects build better communities.

This is a 12 month fixed term parental leave vacancy.
