About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a proactive professional with experience in implementing and facilitating best practice systems and processes.  The EEO will promote an organisational culture of meaningful consumer participation and engagement across South West Healthcare (SWH) through the implementation of the SWH Patient Experience and Consumer Engagement Strategy.

What you bring

You will have experience in consumer engagement and knowledge of the principles and practices of person centred care and consumer participation at health.  In addition you will have well-developed project management skills and experience engaging, communication and managing relationships with a diversity of stakeholders, including consumer representatives and clinicians.  Knowledge and experience with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards Accreditation program is essential.
