About the Role:

Would you describe yourself as willing to learn with an exceptional level of attention to detail?  We have a fantastic, fixed term opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Support Officer to work as part of a great team within an emergency services organisation.

Your days will see you provide support in the preparation, verification and processing (data entry) of the various adjustment documents which are forwarded to the pay section for each fortnightly pay. This will include:

You will also be required to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring that matters raised are referred appropriately and dealt with in a responsive, timely and professional manner.

About You:

Crucial to your success in this role will be your ability to work independently and to maintain confidentiality with payroll records combined with proven experience in processing accurate data entry within a timely fashion.

Naturally, you will have good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with an exceptional level of customer service.

In addition, the person we are seeking will have well developed organisational and time-management skills and good computer skills with experience with computerised payroll systems.

This is an exciting time to join the payroll team at CFA, so if you enjoy demonstrating initiative whilst being responsible and accountable and have a genuine desire to broaden your payroll skills, this may be the next step in your career.

Your Application:
