This Role

The role of the Gardener is to maintain the grounds, facilities and gardens for Castlemaine Health in order to create a welcoming, clean and tidy, and safe outdoor environment for aged care residents, staff and visitors to our premises.    

To be successful in this role you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, an understanding of OHS principles and the ability to follow policies and procedures.
