About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) invites applications from eligible individuals for the positon of Aboriginal Cadetship (Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health). This position provides the opportunity for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander persons who are currently studying nursing, midwifery or allied health to be employed one day per week (minimum 40 shifts) at SWH during 2022.  Flexible delivery arrangements may be available for individuals wishing to complete the minimum number of shifts in one or more full time blocks. To be eligible for this position, applicants will identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and must have progressed beyond their first year of study in a relevant discipline (nursing, midwifery or allied health).
