Heathcote Health is an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, aged care, primary health programs and home-based services to Heathcote and surrounding districts.

This Role

Heathcote Health Acute and Urgent Care department is inviting applications from Registered Nurses to fill ongoing part-time ANUM positions. We are looking for a nursing leader within the Acute and Urgent Care setting, to help lead and support the team in providing high quality, best practice care to patients and residents at Heathcote Health. This will include, but not limited to providing comprehensive assessment and planning, triage and management of Urgent care presentations, managing staff on a shift by shift basis and acting as a Grade 5, After Hours Manager. 

Heathcote Health provides 24 hour, quality nursing care with a 9 bed Acute ward, 2 bed Urgent Care Centre & 42 bed residential aged care unit.  Your typical day will consist of both clinical and managerial tasks. 

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current National Nursing Registration, have broad clinical experience and up to date Advanced Life Support.  You must be available to work all shifts across the Acute ward.
