Position Details

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Workforce Planning Officer to assist with the development of a workforce strategy and plan for a growing digital business. 

As the Workforce Planning Officer, you will support and administer the workforce planning function that incorporates sustainable, documented processes in line with DPC and Victorian Government standards.

You will deep dive into our teams, our data and our systems, utilising your analytical skills to make recommendations to the executive team on workload and resource allocation.

Maintaining reports and monitoring of skills and capabilities aligned to the workforce strategy is a key responsibility for this role.
