Position Details

At Digital Victoria we are upping the ante - we know in order for Victoria to thrive that we need to be ambitious about transforming the way we do digital.

The Common Corporate Platforms (CCP) program team will deliver modern, cloud-based platforms and process consolidation across Whole of Victorian Government (WOVG) functions for Human Resources, Procurement and Finance.

CCP have an exciting opportunity available for a highly experienced Training Analyst to work within the Change Management team within the CCP program.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are to:

  • conduct training needs analysis and develop training
  • deliver high-quality, timely and effective content and engagement activities
  • develop training solutions that meet the CCP Program needs.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • experience preparing training materials in a complex and challenging program environment
  • acumen and ability to think on your feet, outcome driven with successful problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective and diverse working relationships
  • written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of varied communications
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or similar training qualifications will be highly regarded.
