ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Salesforce Delivery Lead, this role is focused on building the future organisation and the appropriate IT organisation structure and capability that will allow the implemented solutions to be maintained, supported and expanded on an on-going basis. You will also have a chance to work on continuously improving our service offering by bringing in structured improvements based on data analytics and insights from customer experience officers.

 

ABOUT YOU                 

Our ideal candidate would be able to successfully demonstrate the following key skills:

  • Develops and implements manual and automated testing strategies and solutions
  • Works with delivery leads and managers to define quality standards
  • Creates comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimates, prioritises and coordinates quality testing activities
  • Investigates product quality and suggests improvements to increase customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to the technology strategy providing guidance around testing and deployment best practice

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance or a similar role
  • Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes
  • Degree in computer science, engineering or related subject
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience working with task management tools such as JIRA
