About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, competent and motivated person to undertake a permanent position as an Administrative Support Officer within our Prevention and Recovery Centre (PARC).

This position is an integral part of the South West Healthcare (SWH) PARC Team and will add to the overall effectiveness of the workplace. The successful applicant will provide clerical, reception and administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for visiting consumers and carers/families.

This is a permanent part time (40 hours per fortnight) position.

What you bring

The successful applicant will hold qualifications within office administration and experience in working with medical records. Computer literacy is essential as extensive use of specific software programs and also general Microsoft applications are used.
