About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity for a Program Support Officer (PSO) to join the Medical Workforce Unit. The PSO's primary purpose is to support the coordination of education and training of Emergency Medicine and Physician trainees within nominated training sites. They will support the Clinical Lead of the Emergency Medicine Education and Training Program (EMET) and Regional Physician Training Program (RPT) and assist trainees and their supervisors participating in college education activities. The Program Support Officer (PSO) will also provide administrative support to the Medical Workforce Unit as required.

This is a full time fixed term position until the end of February 2026.

Experience and skills in administrative office management, documentation presentation, with problem solving and computer literacy skills are essential.
