Position Details

The Manager, Advertising & Sponsorship is responsible for leading the implementation of VBA's marketing to provide strategic communication services, including managing paid media communications, brand management, online, publications, sponsorship and events management.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Substantial experience in managing large scale marketing communications campaign projects and resources including associated budgets.
  • Ability to identify trends in the environment and develop systems that enhance the efficiency of operations across the industry.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, including effective delegation and alignment of team plans with organisational objectives.

Salary Details

A base salary in the Grade 6 range of $118,908 to $159,124 per annum (plus 9.5% super) will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on their skills and experience.
