About the Role:

This Regional Support Officer role is based in Dandenong working within a supportive team environment.  This role will require you to ensure the regional administrative requirements are facilitated in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation of issues; providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients (inclusive of drafting of correspondence and other communications such letters, memos, minutes and briefing notes); collating information and documents and undertaking research as required.  Responsibilities also include providing support at meetings inclusive of organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements and executing various other administrative tasks to support the Regional Business Manager.

Furthermore, this Regional Support Officer role will see you establish and maintain a professional network and co-operative relationships with internal and external clients ensuring that matters raised are referred appropriately and dealt with in a responsive, timely, confidential and professional manner.

About You:

In addition to your willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a great team, you will be a highly motivated and experienced administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach.

Proven experience and a strong working knowledge of MS Office and database management, drafting documents, preparing correspondence and reporting to a professional standard are important to this role.
