Position Details
About the opportunity
The Risk Officer will support the management of the enterprise risk management function. You will take an active role in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives which further mature risk management across the Authority.
This role will assist business areas within the Authority with the identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment of operational risk. You will have a key role with providing functional support to first line areas, including risk reporting, risk review facilitation, mitigation reviews and maintaining the integrity of risk related data within SRLA risk register(s). You will also support the analysis and reporting of strategic risks to assist the Authority to create and protect value.
You will build strong internal stakeholder relationships and foster a positive risk culture which enhances decision-making across the Authority.
