Position Details

As the Early Intervention Lead, you will play a key role in the Early Detection and Prevention Team.

About the position

This role will play an integral part in shaping and delivering our Early Intervention Strategy. You will support the design, management and delivery of our program by tackling individual and systemic risks at the earliest opportunity to protect consumers and promote better outcomes for lawyers.

You will achieve impact by assessing intelligence-led early intervention work to solve particular problems as they arise and quickly facilitate and deliver intervention programs.

In this key specialist role, collaboration will be vital for delivery.  You'll work closely with other Divisions within the organisation (including other Investigations' teams, our Data Insights and Communications Teams) as well as build strategic connections with external organisations and the profession.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional collaborative environment and strategically manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience within a legal practice or regulatory environment is essential
  • Flexibility to attend legal practices when required to assess any systemic practice issues that may be of concern
  • Current practising certificate in the State of Victoria, or ability to acquire a practising certificate in the State of Victoria immediately upon appointment
