About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) Access and Information team provides a friendly and welcoming face to clients attending our busy Warrnambool Community Health Centre, resulting in people accessing the services they need.

We are seeking motivated Access and Intake Administrative workers to join our team. The role works collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team ensuring customer focused approach to a range of administrative tasks, ensuring all client needs are met and that all relevant client data is collected and reported. This includes managing all processes associated with reception and processing/triaging of referrals and scheduling appointments.

This is a temporary part-time (64 hours per fortnight) position until May 2023.

What you bring

The successful applicant will have highly developed interpersonal and communications skills and experience in reception and administrative duties with well-developed organisational and time management skills. 

You will have high levels of computer literacy with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new information technology systems. Knowledge of data sets and systems would be advantageous.
