About the Role:

Reporting to the Manger Finance Business Partnering & Department Coordination, the Senior Finance Business Partner is the primary financial advisor to the Executive member(s) for the relevant business areas.

This role requires commercial insight and strategic thinking combined with leadership skills and an in depth understanding of external economic factors. You will be able to present and articulate complex business options and challenge management thinking, influencing the financial and business decisions of business leadership teams at CFA.

About You:

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated business analysis skills including the ability to interpret, analyse and synthesis information and translate into succinct and meaningful intelligence for the broader finance team.
  • A professional accounting qualification (i.e. current CPA, CA or equivalent) is highly desirable and/or demonstrated experience in similar role.
  • Superior communications skills including the capacity to actively listen and speak with confidence and presence.
  • Proven experience fostering collaborative working relationships in a complex environment.
