Also within Camperdown is the South West Healthcare’s Manifold Place Community Health, David Newman Day Centre and the Camperdown Mental Health Service.

About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) Camperdown and Lismore Community Health is seeking a suitably qualified Access Intake and Early Intervention Coordinator.

The Access Intake and Early Intervention Coordinator will contribute to developing and providing high quality, early intervention intake/assessment services to people, their families/carers and community professional/agencies.

We currently have three positions available:

  • Permanent part-time (16 hours per fortnight) position
  • Temporary part time (48 hours per fortnight) position until January 2023
  • Temporary part-time (16 hours per fortnight) position until June 2023
