About the Role:

A wonderful, full time, fixed term opportunity has arisen for a District Support Officer to join a friendly, supportive and close-knit team based in Chirnside Park through to 31 March 2023.

  • Accounts payable and general office support including inventory of stock.

Your days will be varied and you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including our volunteers, where your ability to be professional and customer focused will be second to none.

About You:

The person we are looking for will be both administrative yet practical and keen to join a small team that will provide you with the ability to apply your array of skills to a variety of tasks.  Ideally you will have a strong commitment to teamwork and bring a skill set that will consist of demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, administrative skills inclusive of an excellent telephone manner, customer focus and accounts skills.

Furthermore, you'll have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining databases.  Experience with SAP and accounts desirable, but not essential.

This fixed term vacancy within a fast paced, rapidly changing environment will provide you with an opportunity to not only broaden your skillset but make a real difference by supporting the community.  If you are a strong allrounder looking for your next role, this may be what you are looking for.
