About the Role:

This newly created role will see you report directly to the Chief Risk Officer where you will lead and manage the internal audit function within CFA by implementing the internal audit program with CFA's outsourced provider.

The manager will also be responsible for embedding a strong risk management culture within CFA, by facilitating business unit leaders' identification, analysis and management of risks consistent with the CFA Risk Management Framework.

In addition, this ongoing role is responsible for providing senior technical risk insight and strategic thinking combined with leadership skills and in depth understanding of controls and other activities to mitigate risk.

About You:

Naturally you will be a superior communicator and negotiator with extensive knowledge of risk management, specifically ISO 31000 and the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework (VGRMF).

In addition, the ideal candidate will have significant risk management experience with a focus in building risk capability and implementing risk frameworks.
