  • Annual Salary Range: $58,944- $71,714 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation, overtime, and weekend penalty rates

SprayLine Road Services are experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and is seeking enthusiastic team players to join our road maintenance teams in various locations across metropolitan and regional Victoria. In this role, you will undertake a variety of road maintenance and civil construction activities including network inspections and hazard and defect rectification works.  We are a leader in high quality services to the local communities we service. A challenging and rewarding part of this role involves working alongside other state emergency services in response to natural disasters and incidents that affect public safety on the road network.

About the Opportunity

The role performs a variety of road and bridge routine inspection, maintenance and construction activities and respond to emergencies under general supervision. The incumbent will be required to perform manual labour- intensive tasks in accordance with established safety, environmental and quality procedures.

About You

  • Project Delivery - Executes work tasks (such as Roads, Roadside and Structures inspection, routine maintenance activities, operating various minor plant equipment safely) against Traffic Management Plans and in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving - Seeks resolution of problems through policy or process guidelines (such as Worksite Traffic Management Plans)
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Contributes ideas toward improving the effectiveness of own work area; Understands and delivers against standards of quality and effectiveness applicable to own area of work
  • Policy Design & Development - Understands the purpose of policies; Uses operational policies
