About the Role:

The Project Coordinator will be part of a team responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the activities outlined in the program management plan at the project level specifically relating to CFA's Records and Information Management.

The CFA requires an experienced operator to join a progressive team who think about records management in new ways, with diversity and inclusion focus.

Then successful candidate will spend time with key stakeholders to understand how we engage and support the community, additionally there will be a view to extend the role as we learn more on our strategic priorities

About You:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating projects and an understanding of project management methodologies.  
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member of a small team.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet tight work demands.
  • Ability to build working relationships and liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders
