Position Details
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a qualified Trade Cook to assist in the effective, efficient and safe production, packaging and serving of high quality nutritious meals to patients, clients and customers of the Food Services Department.
This position will assist the Executive Chef with the day to day production of hospital menu items and be required to take charge of a section of the kitchen while complying with relevant food safety requirements.
This is a permanent full time (76 hours per fortnight) position.

If you are passionate and experienced in large scale catering we'd love you to join our team. Eligible candidates must hold relevant trade qualification in cooking and HLTFS207C ‘Follow basic food safety practices' certificate. The successful applicant must be able to work as part of an effective team, have excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
