Project Officer / People & Culture

About the role The People and Culture Project Officer works as part of a team to coordinate the design, development and implementation of a range of projects, initially with a focus on Gender Equality Plans for Dhelkaya Health and Heathcote Health. The Project Officer will also be responsible for coordinating both organisation’s Gender Equality Reporting and ensuring that systems and processes appropriately support the capture of relevant data. The Project Officer will work with the leadership teams of both organisations to progress workplace gender equality initiatives, promote gender equality, and undertake other Human Resource based project work as required.

About you

You will demonstrate relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial relevant experience in developing and executing organisation wide projects using appropriate project management methodology and systems to achieve the defined project outcomes.

You will also demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant legislation (State and Commonwealth) including the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 and the Fair Work Act 2009.
