Manager of Consumer Experience and Organisational Development

Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

The Manager of Consumer Experience and Organisational Development will drive and foster a culture of patient centred care and service excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating patient experience and consumer engagement initiatives that underpin the service delivery model and professional development of all employees at MDHS.

 

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness.
  • Qualification in Health Discipline or proven experience within quality and consumer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff development, training and program coordination.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an ability to liaise with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven project management skills, experience and expertise.
