About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the position of Manager Camperdown and Lismore Community Health.

This key position provides management, guidance and operational leadership to the diverse range of services provided by Camperdown Community Health programs and the Lismore Community Health facility. The role will strengthen the services provided in these campuses through management of resourcing, activity and budgets and enabling connection of services to meet emerging health and wellbeing needs. The role also provides management and oversight of the SWH health promotion team and its activities.

This is a permanent full time position (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO and 5 weeks annual leave per annum.

This successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse with proven clinical capabilities, management experience and/or relevant post grad qualifications. You will have extensive clinical experience within the health or social services sector, a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of contemporary practice, and you will be looking for an opportunity to enhance and progress your health care leadership career.
